No, everytime you made a new order to upgrade in anyway the previous one a new price will be automatically calculated, this from the day of your order up to your main order anniversary date !! A deduction of the price you already paid for the options / upgrade you selected in the past will also take place !! Providing you the most accurate price.

• I ordered a domain name a few time ago and would like to add a mail/hosting solution to it, but when I go in the 'Upgrade' section it doesn't work.

To upgrade from a domain name to a mail/hosting solution you need to go to our 'Mail & Hosting' section, log in and select the solution and the eventually options you would like, introduce your domain name, select the 'Domain already registered' radio button and click on order.

• I ordered a mail/hosting solution a few time ago but didn't registrate the domain name with L.L.R. at that moment, can I do it now ?

Yes, you just need to go to our 'Domain names' section log in introduce your domain name, select the 'Transfer to L.L.R.' radio button and submit your order.

• Your prices are very interessting how do you succeed in providing such cheap prices, in comparison to some others providers asking the same prices but on monthly base for the same services ??

We do our very best for it in different ways, one of it is our structure who made it possible to handle a lot's of operations completely automatically what help keeping our running cost pretty low and provide us stability at the same time. By the way this is not a commercial site and our main goal by providing those services is not to "make money" but if possible to collect some funds to support us in the creation of our projects.

• Do you propose special prices to non-profit making associations ?

• I received an e-mail informing me that 1 year was almost gone since I made my order, can I already validate it for another year ?

No, you received this e-mail to be informed about the actual situation of your solution and the eventually added options, providing you the possibility to adjust it by visiting 'Your account' section before the final order is send to you. Only at that moment, when the final order was send to you, you can validate your new order.

• I do no longer need hosting services what can I do to prevent to receive a new order at the fall date ?

You just need to go to 'Your account' section selecting the 'Invoices services' and under the 'Automatic Bill' title putting the 'Activate' option for the order you no longer wish to 'no'.
